What an amazing app! I use the for all my online studies to help me take notes while I watch. It doesn't just transcribe, it summarises perfectly. Hovernotes isn't too basic in summary, and isn't just transcribing word-for-word but retains the notable points of the video. Not just that, but when something is clearly referenced Hovernotes will often take a 'word-for-word' note of those parts making it truely unique.
