Well collects your supplier invoices and receipts from the web portals you already use, and delivers them into your accounting stack. Built for founders, solo operators, and lean teams, it replaces the clicking, downloading, renaming, and chasing that eats your evenings before every close and every tax deadline. Open the side panel on any page and Well knows where you are. On a supplier portal, it offers the next step: collect your invoices, capture the ones visible on the page, open your records for that supplier in Well, or find the transactions that still lack an invoice. You can also just ask. The chat answers questions about your invoices, companies, and transactions, and commands like /collect, /contribute, and /upload start work straight from the composer. Two engines drive every collection: - Blueprints: replay-able workflows that navigate a supplier portal, find your invoices, and retrieve the documents. AI generates each blueprint, and every workflow contributed for a new supplier becomes reusable for everyone. - Vision agent (beta): an AI agent that reads the page the way you do, screenshot by screenshot, and drives portals no blueprint covers yet. When a portal changes and a blueprint fails mid-run, the vision agent takes over and finishes the collection. When a blueprint stops short of your full history, Well regenerates it, tests the new version against the old one, and keeps whichever retrieves more. Everything in flight lives in the Work tab: collection runs, uploads, contributions, and the tasks that wait on you. The Library holds your providers and their workflows, with the portals you actually visit surfaced first. Features - Chat with your data. On supported billing pages such as AWS, Google Cloud, Stripe, GitHub, and Vercel, Well finds paid invoices and offers to capture them. - Capture anything. Right-click to send a selection, an image, or a document to your workspace, drop files into the panel, or type /upload. - Find the gaps. Ask Well which supplier transactions still lack an invoice, straight from the page you are on. Well recognizes the provider and suggests the next step: collect, capture, or review. 3. Click collect, or type /collect. Well opens the portal in a new tab, asks you to sign in if your session expired, and retrieves your documents. 4. Follow the run in the Work tab. Runs, uploads, and the tasks that wait on you live in one place. 5. Review the results in your workspace. Well extracts the data and delivers it to your accounting tools. 6. Add missing suppliers.
