Draft AI-powered replies to Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket enquiry emails in seconds. Free for letting agents.

Every letting agent knows the feeling. A Rightmove enquiry lands at 7pm. By the time you reply at 9am, two other agencies have already booked the viewing. HeyBRB Reply fixes that. It detects property portal enquiry emails in your Gmail and adds an "AI Reply" button directly in the email. One click drafts a professional, personalised response using your agency name, your tone, and the details from the enquiry. You review it, edit if needed, and send. The whole thing takes 30 seconds. What it does: - Detects Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket notification emails automatically - Drafts a reply in your agency's tone (professional, friendly, or casual) - References the property and enquiry details from the email - Lets you edit the draft before sending - Copy to clipboard or insert directly into Gmail's reply How to set up: - Install the extension - Enter your agency name, your name, and your preferred reply tone - Open Gmail. When a portal enquiry email arrives, click "AI Reply" Who it's for: - Sole operators managing 50+ units who answer enquiries from the van - Office teams handling 50+ portal enquiries per week - Any UK letting agent who wants to reply faster without copy-pasting templates Pricing: - 10 free AI replies per day. No credit card required. - Upgrade to pro: £4.99 per month for unlimited replies Privacy: Your enquiry text is sent to our server to generate the reply and immediately discarded. We do not store, log, or share your email content. Full privacy policy at heybrb.ai/ai-information.
