Track time without leaving the page you're working on. Timesheet puts a timer in Chrome's side panel and adds a Start timer button to GitHub, Jira, Trello, Asana and more than 150 other web apps. Every minute goes straight into your Timesheet account, ready for reports, timesheets and invoices. YOUR TIMER IN THE SIDE PANEL • Open it from the toolbar. It stays open while you switch tabs. • Pick a project or one of your ToDos and start tracking with one click. • Pause for a break, resume, stop. The timer runs in your account, so it keeps going even when you close Chrome. • Add breaks, expenses and notes, or edit the running entry: start time, description, tags, rate and location. • See today's hours against your daily target, and this week compared with last week. • Your open ToDos with due date, estimate and logged time, ready to start. ONE-CLICK TIME TRACKING IN THE TOOLS YOU USE A timer button appears right next to the issue, ticket or card you have open, in issue trackers, project boards, help desks, CRMs and email. The extension takes the page title as the description, suggests the matching project and picks up labels as tags you already use. No typing, no copy and paste. • Self-hosted tools work too: add your own domain, for example for GitLab or Jira on your server. • On a website that isn't supported yet, you choose where the button goes. • On lists and boards, the button shows up when you hover over an item. • Forgot to start the timer? Click + and enter a duration like 1h 30m. FAST AND OUT OF YOUR WAY • Alt+Shift+T starts or stops the timer for the page you're on (Option+Shift+T on a Mac). • Right-click any page to start a timer, with selected text as the description. • The toolbar icon changes color while the timer runs and can show today's hours. • Reminders for breaks and for your daily and weekly targets, based on your working hours. • Idle detection: when you step away, you decide whether to keep or discard that time. PRIVACY FIRST Timesheet only gets access to the websites you turn on yourself. It doesn't read your browsing history or your other tabs.
