Adds a calculate tax button to the TaxCloud for QuickBooks Online integration.

When the TaxCloud for QuickBooks Online integration is configured, click Calculate Tax to instantly calculate sales tax on your invoices. The extension provides realtime feedback to let you know taxes are calculated successfully or if there are issues that you need to correct on the invoice.
