Shows your team the right guide at the right moment.

Show your team the right guide when they open the relevant web page. WingMarq connects your existing documentation to the pages where people need it. When someone visits a matching page, a small prompt offers the guides your team has chosen. Works with links to Scribe, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, Loom and other web-based documentation. Your guides stay where they already live—no migration or rebuilding. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose a web page or site and configure its address pattern. 2. Add links to your existing guides. 3. Connect the extension using your workspace key. 4. Relevant guide links appear when someone visits a matching page. Selecting a guide opens it in a new tab. Existing document permissions still apply. WHO IT’S FOR - Teams helping new starters learn their tools. - Operations teams introducing new web-based processes. - Data teams explaining dashboards and reports. - Teams making existing documentation easier to find. KEY POINTS ✓ Guidance chosen and managed by your team. ✓ Works with existing documentation links. ✓ Uses page-address matching to decide what to show. ✓ Available for Chrome and Edge. ✓ Supports browser-policy installation and removal. SECURITY & DATA WingMarq runs on HTTPS pages and adds its own guidance prompt when a configured address matches. It does not read page text, form inputs or cookies. Version 1.5.0 contacts app.wingmarq.com to fetch workspace configuration and record when prompts are shown, guide links are clicked or prompts are dismissed. These events include the site’s origin, not the page path, query string or fragment. The extension does not copy or ingest your documents and does not send events to Google Analytics.
