Sponsy Chrome extension

Manage newsletter sponsorships, ad inventory, advertisers, and sponsored content from Chrome with Sponsy. The Sponsy Chrome extension gives newsletter publishers, media companies, and ad operations teams direct access to their sponsorship workflow while they work. Use the Chrome side panel to check booked ad slots, review placements, find ad creative, and understand advertiser history without repeatedly switching back to Sponsy. Features include: • View your sponsorship calendar by day, week, or month • Check booked and available ad inventory across publications • See which advertiser and campaign belongs in each placement • Browse, preview, and copy ad blocks by publication, date, and placement • Insert sponsored content directly into the beehiiv editor from its slash menu • Work with both the current and new beehiiv editors • Identify Sponsy advertisers while viewing conversations in Gmail • Match contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and orders from HubSpot • Review advertiser revenue, booked slots, average revenue per slot, and deal history • Open the relevant customer, deal, inventory, or reporting page in Sponsy The beehiiv integration helps publishers place the correct sponsorship content into each newsletter draft. Ad blocks are matched to the selected publication, date, and placement, reducing copy-and-paste mistakes and missed ads. In Gmail and HubSpot, the extension recognizes matching advertisers and shows their Sponsy data in the side panel. This gives sales and ad operations teams useful customer context while handling conversations, deals, and campaign work. Sponsy is built for newsletter operators, publishers, media sales teams, and ad operations teams that manage direct sponsorships. A Sponsy account is required. Integrations currently include beehiiv, Gmail, and HubSpot.
