Snapcom Click-to-Call turns every phone number in your browser into a one-click call from your Snapcom desk phone or softphone. HOW IT WORKS • Browse any website: the extension detects phone numbers automatically and adds a call button next to each one. • Click to call: your device rings first, then we connect the other side. No more copy-pasting numbers. • Choose which device rings (desk phone, softphone, mobile) from the popup. • No Snapcom account? Choose "Use without signing in" and clicking a number opens your computer's default calling app instead. CONNECTED TO YOUR CRM • Recent Calls in the popup shows your latest inbound and outbound calls, with caller names matched from your CRM. • Calls logged to your CRM show an "in CRM" link that jumps straight to the activity in your CRM. • See at a glance whether your calls are syncing to your CRM, with a one-click link to fix a connection that needs attention. • Quick Dial for numbers that aren't on a page. POWERED BY SNAPCOM CALLIQ This extension pairs with Snapcom CallIQ (https://calliq.snapcom.com), the call-intelligence platform for Snapcom phone service: AI transcription, call summaries, quality scoring, and automatic CRM activity logging for the same calls you place and receive here. PRIVACY & CONTROL • Phone-number detection runs locally in your browser. Turn it off globally or per site with one toggle. • The extension communicates only with Snapcom services. • Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. WHAT'S NEW Version 0.8.2 • See at a glance whether your calls are syncing to your CRM, with a link straight to the fix in CallIQ when a connection needs attention. • The incoming-call window shows context for repeat callers: when they last called, who helped them, the outcome, and their sentiment. • When your admin turns it on, the same window also shows the caller's CRM details: open deals, the latest note, and lifecycle stage. • "Use without signing in": phone numbers on pages stay clickable and open your computer's default calling app, no Snapcom account needed. • New installs open a short setup guide that shows how to pin the extension to your toolbar. • Missed-call windows stay open with the caller's number and a call-back button.
