VINcite Photo Manager & Status Tracker for Dealerships

Easily manage and track your dealership’s vehicle images with our powerful Chrome extension. This tool integrates seamlessly with your existing data management systems, underlining VINs on your dealership’s website and providing instant insights into each vehicle’s photo status. This is the same app that the Pro-MotionPix team uses all day long to help speed up day-to-day operations and diagnose issues. This gives you maximum insight into the media-gathering process and gives you a Swiss Army Knife of handy tools to enhance your listings. 3 Ways to view and manage vehicle data: 1️⃣ VIN Underlining: All VINs on your website and inventory management systems are highlighted for easy tracking. 🟢 Green Underline: Indicates that the vehicle’s information is provided by the feed source to our system. 🔴 Red Underline: Indicates that no record exists for this vehicle in from the feed source; users can manually add the vehicle details. 💭 Hover for Details: Simply hover over any VIN when VIN underlining is on to view a pop-up window with detailed information about the vehicle, including the photographer-assigned status and the reason a car may not have photos. 2️⃣ Right click on any VIN or stock number and click on the VINcite item in the popup menu. 3️⃣ Manually open and search VINs or stock numbers in the side pane. Key Features: 📷 Photo Previews: Clicking on the vehicle photo thumbnail in the side panel will bring you to the vehicle page in the Foto-Ops system. This is useful to see vehicle media before it hits your DMS or website. 👟 Photo Status: Quickly check whether a vehicle’s photos are complete (green) or incomplete (yellow) with direct links to the vehicle's media. 📍 Scheduling & Location: See when the photographer(s) will be on-site and view the location of units to know exactly where the vehicle is on the lot. 🔗 Direct Links: Access VDPs, media player links, and more, all with a single click. ⏱️ Time to Media (T2M): Check the T2M for each vehicle, helping you stay on track with your inventory timelines. 📝 Statuses & Notes: Add and view statuses and notes to keep everything up-to-date. Statuses and notes entered by our team are separate from statuses and notes entered by yours. 🖼️ Media Player: View your vehicle in the Pro-MotionPix Media Player with support for videos and interior 360 panos. 📄 Window Labels & Print: Easily view and print window labels for vehicles if your dealership is signed up. 🔄 History: View the history in our system for individual units. This shows when units were marked under a certain status or when photos/videos were taken. 💬 Custom Comments: If your dealership is signed up for it, you can edit the comments that show up on the website. 🪄 Custom Overlays: Access direct links to edit custom overlays for photos. 📥 Download Images: Easily download any images that we have in our system for individual units. This extension eliminates the guesswork, providing transparency into the image process, and helps resolve concerns when a vehicle doesn't yet have photos on the website. With just a hover over the VIN, you'll see the photographer-assigned status and any notes explaining delays.
