Optimum Internet Pty Ltd

The LinkedIn-native recruiting tool. Track candidates, capture CVs, and share branded shortlists. Includes free smart messaging.

knowhash Recruit is a LinkedIn-native candidate tracking tool for recruiters and hiring managers — built by a specialist IT recruiter who uses it every day, not a horizontal automation platform bolted on afterward. It works inside LinkedIn itself. No separate CRM to keep in sync, no new tab, no re-typing anything you're already looking at. WHAT IT DOES Track candidates the moment you find them — one click turns a LinkedIn contact into a tracked candidate, with status, rating, and notes living right where you found them, tagged to the roles they're right for. Role documents, written for you — give a role its own page and AI drafts a position description, a job ad for each board, and candidate questions. You review and change everything; the AI never scores, ranks or rejects anyone. Up to 5 active role pages. The right link in every message — pick the role you're working on, and your templates fill in its questions link, position description and ad automatically. Request exactly what you need — send candidates a simple, secure link to submit their details and documents, without asking for more than necessary. Share branded shortlists — turn a set of candidates into a clean, click-through shortlist with your own logo and colours, ready to send. No spreadsheet, no folder of CVs. Smart messaging, included free — type a template once, and the fields fill themselves in from the LinkedIn profile you're on. This part of knowhash is free for everyone, subscription or not. HOW IT'S PRICED Everything is free for your first month — install it and every Recruit feature is unlocked straight away, no card needed. If you'd like to keep going, subscribe for $24/month or $228/year. If not, the free messaging tools keep working and your candidates stay in your browser, ready if you come back. Cancel any time from inside the extension, no emails or phone calls required. WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES Most of what you create — candidates, notes, templates — stays local to your own browser. Only what's genuinely needed to run your account touches our servers: an anonymous install ID and licence status from the start, your email if you choose to verify it, role pages you create, and anything you explicitly send through a details request. Full details in our Privacy Policy, and how we use AI at knowhash.com/ai. Built in Australia. If you're tired of doing the same manual work on LinkedIn every day, this is built for exactly that problem. New: knowhash Role pages. Create a role, and its position description, job ads and candidate questions are drafted for you, with links that drop straight into your messages.
