Interview Copilot for Google Meet

Vetta Interview Copilot — your AI assistant for smarter interviews on Google Meet Turn every Google Meet interview into a structured, evidence-backed evaluation. Vetta captures what was said, highlights what matters, and helps you make confident hiring decisions without the manual note-taking. Before the interview, Vetta auto-generates tailored questions based on the job description and candidate CV, with a clear structure and cheat sheet covering what to verify and what "good" looks like. During the call, Vetta captures a timestamped, speaker-separated transcript (text only — no audio). Key moments are auto-highlighted in real time: tools mentioned, years of experience, leadership examples, notice period. Drop quick markers — strong, concern, follow up — linked to the exact moment. After the interview, get a structured summary mapped to the job's must-haves and nice-to-haves, with strengths and concerns backed by transcript quotes, scoring across technical, communication, problem-solving, ownership, and domain fit, and a final recommendation — Advance, Hold, or Reject — with rationale. Why teams use it - Every claim backed by a transcript quote — no more relying on memory - Standardized, consistent evaluations across your hiring team - Hours saved per candidate on write-ups and feedback - Faster pipeline movement with auto-updated stages Privacy first - Consent prompt before transcription starts - Text-only capture, no audio stored - Visible only to the assigned interview panel - Runs only when you click "Start Copilot" Sign in with your Vetta account to get started.
