Opens Gmail in the Avec desktop app, and fills in sign-in codes from your email. Requires Avec for Mac.

The Avec browser extension connects Chrome to the Avec desktop app for Mac. It does two things: - It sends you to the Avec app whenever you open Gmail in Chrome. - And, if you turn it on, it fills in sign-in codes. When a site emails you a verification code, the Avec app receives the email and the extension puts the code into the field asking for it, so you don't have to go and find it. Turning this on asks Chrome for access to the sites you visit, which is how it finds the code field wherever one appears; turning it off stops the extension from running anything on those sites.
