MultiTEL Browser Chat App brings the MultiTEL messaging experience to Google Chrome. New customers can sign up for MultiTEL SMS Chat at https://my.multi.tel/register/chat. After pairing the extension from your MultiTEL account, you can: • Read and reply to SMS conversations for numbers explicitly assigned to that browser. • Receive privacy-controlled message notifications and reply cards over the active webpage. • Open a focused SMS Chat workspace with search, delivery status, saved replies, attachments, and conversation tools. • Detect verification-code fields and click to fill recent eligible one-time codes received by assigned MultiTEL numbers. • Revoke a paired browser or change its number assignments from the MultiTEL portal at any time. Privacy and security: • The extension accesses only the MultiTEL numbers assigned to its revocable browser credential. • Message history and replies are exchanged only with MultiTEL over HTTPS. • Website access is used to detect likely OTP fields and display user-controlled reply cards. Unrelated page content and form values are not sent to MultiTEL. • Verification codes are filled only after a user click, and forms are never submitted automatically. • Notification previews can show the sender and message, the sender only, or no message details. • The extension does not sell data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or execute remotely hosted code.
