Stuck In A Loop is a lightweight productivity extension that watches for signs you've fallen into a distraction loop. If you stop typing and start aimlessly switching between tabs, it steps in with a gentle nudge to get you back on track. It also stops social media videos from auto-playing, so a quick scroll doesn't turn into an hour of watching. We've designed it so you only get an alert when you need it, and if you need more control we have custom settings available to dial in what works best for you. How it works: The extension tracks how long it's been since you last typed anything. If that time crosses your configured threshold, a fullscreen overlay and notification appear asking you to refocus. On social media sites, videos stay paused until you actually click play, so reels can't grab your attention the moment they scroll into view.
