You're a better judge than any AI. Hikari doesn't pretend otherwise. It sits beside the system you already use. Open a vacancy, click the Hikari icon, drop in the CVs. Ranking CVs stopped being hard a while ago. Underneath, it's OpenAI, tuned by recruiters who've done the job. What we do with it is the difference. Built by recruiters from big-tech and agency desks, who got tired of reading the eightieth CV on a Monday. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the vacancy: in your ATS, on a job board, anywhere the job is on screen. Click the Hikari icon and it reads the job from that page. No job on screen? Drop or paste the spec. 2. Drop CVs into the panel. One, twenty, or a zip. PDF, Word or text. 3. The list comes back ranked against the brief. Fifty CVs take about 20 seconds, and the panel shows the time left. ON EVERY CANDIDATE • A score out of ten, with the evidence behind it. Each requirement in the brief is marked evidenced, partly, or not on the CV. • One plain line on why they sit where they do. • Screening questions aimed at the gaps. Pick the ones you want and email them to the candidate, or copy them into your ATS. • A client-ready report. Their requirements answered line by line, contact details removed, no scores and no sales adjectives. Save it as a PDF for your ATS, or email it. • When the client answers, record it in one tap. That is what Client Insight is built from. CLIENT INSIGHT: WHAT YOUR CLIENT HAS ACTUALLY DONE Hikari keeps the answers you record for each client. Who they said yes to. The lowest score they have ever progressed. The most they have paid. Their usual reason for passing. You see it before you send, not after. Nothing is estimated, and it is private to your account. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It never rejects anyone, and it never sends anything on its own. It informs a decision. You make it. • It is not another ATS. No pipeline, no scheduling. When the client says yes, you carry on in your own system. • It does not read pages by itself. Only the page you click the icon on, and only its text. It never asks to read all websites and never changes anything on the page. YOUR DATA CVs are stored in the EU (Amsterdam) and sent to OpenAI in the United States for an initial assessment against your job description. OpenAI's API does not use them to train its models. Hikari deletes them automatically after 90 days, and no one at Black Star AI reads them unless you ask us to.
