AI 온톨로지 잡매칭 서비스 "Ohmyjobs.kr"과 연동되는 확장 프로그램입니다. ohmyjobs.kr에 리쿠르터/헤드헌터로 가입하신 후, 이 확장프로그램을 열고 로그인을 하면 사이트와 연동하여 로그인 정보를 보여줍니다. 이 확장프로그램에는 2가지 기능이 있습니다. 1. JD 키워드 검색 기능 2. AI JD-후보자 적합도 분석 기능 1. JD 키워드 검색 기능 JD에서 요구하는 키워드 4-5가지로 후보자 이력에 해당 키워드가 있는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 2. AI JD-후보자 적합도 분석 기능 후보자 경력과 유저가 등록한 채용공고의 요건을 AI로 비교-분석하는 기능입니다. --------------------------------------------------------------- This is a browser extension that integrates with the AI ontology-based job matching service Ohmyjobs.kr. After signing up on ohmyjobs.kr as a recruiter or headhunter, you can open this extension and log in to connect with the site and display your login information. This extension provides two main features: 1. JD Keyword Search Using 4–5 keywords required in a job description (JD), you can check whether those keywords appear in a candidate’s resume or profile. 2. AI JD–Candidate Fit Analysis This feature uses AI to compare and analyze a candidate’s experience against the requirements of the job posting registered by the user, and evaluates how well the candidate matches the position.
