让重大教务处网站可以在 Chrome 下比较正常的浏览

自动对重庆大学教务处网站进行一些 bug 进行修复，使之能够在 Chrome 浏览器下浏览。以此造福非 Windows 及非 IE 用户。目前修复的 bug 如下： ·首页登录框位置修正，并解决不能登录的问题。 ·首页通知附件下载的 bug。 ·管理页导航不能点击的 bug。 ·管理页导航控制按钮看不见的 bug。有新需求和建议的用户可以通过 “发送反馈” 按钮提出。
