实现对源码中以"//"开始的注释信息进行格式化，自动删除前缀"//"并进行段落规整。目前支持百度翻译和Google翻译。 将要翻译的内容直接粘贴到翻译录入框，然后点击录入框上方最右侧的"Happy翻译"按钮即可。
