由于历史原因，wiki地址变动了多次，为了解决蛋疼的死链问题，有了此插件。 提醒一下，wiki页面上其实可以添加内部链接，格式为[[页面名]] ，域名变了根本不影响。如果wiki使用规范，其实死链也不会那么多。
