シンプルなタイマーです

- 1分、5分、10分で時間を調整する。もしくは秒数を指定する。例: 1分の場合60と入力 - 開始する際は再生マークをクリックするとカウントダウンします。開始後は停止変わります。 - 停止マークをクリックすると一時停止します。停止後は再生に変わります。 - カウントダウンが始まると、バックグラウンドでもカウントダウンし続け、拡張機能アイコン下のバッジに残り時間が表示されます。
