توزيع لجان الاختبارات بسهولة
أداة لجنتي هي المساعد التقني الأول للإدارات المدرسية لتجاوز ضغوط فترة الاختبارات. لا يقتصر دور الأداة على التوزيع العشوائي، بل تعتمد على خوارزميات ذكية توزع الطلاب في اللجان بدقة متناهية، مع مراعاة الطاقة الاستيعابية لكل قاعة، وضمان التباعد المطلوب. من خلال واجهة سهلة الاستخدام، تتيح لك الأداة استيراد بيانات الطلاب (مثل قوائم نظام نور) وتوزيعهم في ثوانٍ معدودة. وبضغطة زر، يمكنك إصدار باقة متكاملة من المخرجات الاحترافية تشمل: كشوف المناداة والتوقيع، ملصقات طاولات الطلاب، لوحات أبواب اللجان، ومخططات التوزيع الشاملة، مع مرونة تامة لتصديرها بصيغ Excel، Word، و PDF لتناسب كافة احتياجاتك الطباعية والإدارية."
