zumen — diagrams on GitHub
Overview
Review diagram changes in GitHub pull requests: zumen diagrams before and after, side by side. Nothing leaves GitHub.
zumen keeps diagrams as text — one YAML file per diagram — so AI agents can draw and edit them. On GitHub, that text is all you see. This extension draws it. • Pull requests: for every changed *.zumen.yaml, the diagram before and after the change, side by side. Added nodes are marked 新 (new), removed nodes 消 (gone), and nodes a person placed by hand are marked 人 (human) — so a reviewer can see what an AI rewrite added, and that the human edits survived, without reading the YAML. Click the diagram to zoom. • *.zumen.yaml files: the diagram appears above the source. • ```zumen blocks in Markdown (README, issues, pull requests): the diagram appears above each block. The source text stays as it is; each diagram is a panel you can fold away. Privacy: nothing leaves GitHub. Diagrams are drawn inside your browser by the same open-source renderer as the zumen VS Code extension. In pull requests the extension reads the two versions of each changed file from github.com with your current sign-in. It runs only on https://github.com/* and collects no data.
