ZRently Apply — Auto-fill rental applications

Fill rental applications on supported sites from your ZRently Apply Kit. You review every field first; nothing is submitted for you.

Renting means filling out the same application again and again: your name, address history, employer, income, references, pets and vehicles. ZRently Apply fills those forms for you from the Apply Kit you keep on ZRently. How it works: 1. Build your Apply Kit once on zrently.com. It holds your personal details, residence history, employment and income, references, household, pets, vehicles and background answers. 2. Install ZRently Apply. It syncs your kit when you visit zrently.com while signed in, or when you sign in from the toolbar button. 3. Open a rental application on a supported portal. ZRently Apply shows a review panel that lists every field it found and the value it will use. Uncheck anything you want to leave blank, then choose Fill. What ZRently Apply never does: - It never submits an application or pays a fee. You review the form and submit it yourself. - It never fills Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, bank or card details, passwords or signatures. - It never uploads files. Your documents stay in your Apply Kit for you to download and upload yourself. Also included: - Later steps of the same application can fill automatically if you tick "Keep filling on this site". - An applications tracker: each fill is logged to your Apply Kit so you can track status from started to approved. - Smart matching (optional): when a portal uses a field ZRently doesn't recognize, the extension can send the field's label (never your answer) to ZRently to suggest a match. Suggestions stay unchecked until you pick them. Where it works: the online application portals that most landlords and property managers use.
