Zoxo is a capture tool built for testers, by Tushar Mali. Take the screenshot, mark it up, and file the bug — without your screen ever leaving your computer. ━━ SCREENSHOTS ━━ • Visible area — exactly what is on screen • Full page — scrolls the whole document and stitches it, hiding sticky headers as it goes • Select area — drag a box, nudge it with the arrow keys, then edit, copy or download • Element — hover any element on the page and click to capture exactly its bounds; press the arrow keys to widen the selection to its parent • Scrolling panel — apps like Gmail scroll an inner pane instead of the page, so an ordinary full-page shot returns one screen. Zoxo detects that and captures the panel itself: hover anywhere inside it and Zoxo finds the container that actually holds the scrollbar • Desktop or another app — capture any screen or window on your machine, with an optional timer ━━ RECORDING ━━ • Record the current tab — it keeps going when you navigate • Record a screen or window, with system audio • Add your webcam as a circular bubble in the corner • Camera-only and microphone-only modes • Pause, resume, mute the mic, countdown, click highlights, and a draggable control bar • Save as WebM or MP4 ━━ IMAGE EDITOR ━━ Crop, rotate, flip, resize, add a padded frame. Zoxo has no upload path for media at all — there is no server to send them to. Teams can optionally log a one-line activity record (who captured what and when) to their own Google Sheet.
