Zoom & Save for Instagram

Open Instagram media in the big pop-up and restore the native image menu.

See Instagram photos big, and save them the normal way. Zoom & Save adds two small things Instagram is missing in the browser: CLICK TO ZOOM • Hover any photo or video in your feed and a small magnifier appears. • Click the photo to open the post in Instagram's large view, with the image as tall as your window and the comments next to it. • On a post page opened from a link, the click switches the page into the same large layout. Press Esc, click outside or use × to go back. • Double-click still likes the post, carousel arrows still change slides, and videos still play and pause as usual. RIGHT-CLICK TO SAVE • Right-click any Instagram image to get Chrome's normal menu back: Save image as…, Copy image and Open image in new tab. • Images are saved at the full resolution Instagram serves. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Works only on instagram.com. • Collects no data, sends nothing anywhere, needs no account and no extra permissions.
