Point your camera at an Aadhaar card, speak the remaining details, and the form fills itself. ✦ Key Features 1. Aadhaar Card Scan (OCR) Scan the front and back of any Aadhaar card using your webcam or by uploading an image. The extension automatically extracts: Patient name, date of birth, gender Aadhaar number Full address and PIN code Father's name All extracted data is instantly filled into the registration form — no typing required. 2. Voice Fill After the Aadhaar scan, use voice to fill remaining fields like mobile number and email. Simply speak naturally — the extension transcribes your speech and fills the correct fields automatically. Supports English, Hindi, and Hinglish. 3. Returning Patient Face Recognition Recognise a returning patient instantly by their face. The extension matches the patient's face against enrolled records and auto-fills their saved details — no need to ask for ID again. Face matching runs entirely on-device using TensorFlow.js. No photos are uploaded or stored. 4. New Patient Face Enrolment After registering a new patient, enrol their face for future visits with a single click. The extension captures a face descriptor on-device and links it to the patient's hospital record. Only a mathematical descriptor (128 numbers) is stored — never a photo. 5. Aadhaar Number Search If face recognition is unavailable, staff can search for a returning patient by entering their Aadhaar number. The saved record is retrieved instantly and the form is auto-filled. 6. UHID Capture After the HIMS system assigns a UHID (Unique Hospital ID) to a newly registered patient, the extension helps staff save that UHID and link it to the patient record for future visits. ✦ Privacy & Security Face recognition runs entirely on your device using TensorFlow.js — no biometric data is transmitted Camera and microphone are only activated when you click the relevant button — never in the background No browsing history is collected No data from pages other than the registration form you are filling Patient data is stored in a hospital-scoped, RLS-protected Supabase database — inaccessible to other hospitals Voice transcription uses Groq Whisper API via a secure backend proxy — audio is not stored after transcription ✦ Who Is It For?
