Zonov Hospital - IPD Agent helps ward nurses and doctors do IPD documentation faster and with fewer mistakes, directly inside the hospital's own HIS. What it does Voice charting: speak vitals and notes in English, Hindi or Hinglish. The extension fills the right fields in the HIS for you. Nursing task dashboard: shows pending, overdue and missed tasks for the patient whose file is open: initial assessment, vitals and medication doses. Missed-care and documentation alerts: flags doctor orders that have no nursing entry and doses that are not yet charted. Vital sign safety check: blocks values no living patient could have (for example a date typed into the Pulse box). It also shows a NEWS2 early-warning score. Patient identity check: the extension never mixes up one patient's context with another's. Sign-off visibility: shows which entries are signed in the HIS and which are not recorded. Requirements and privacy For hospitals using the Zonov-enabled HIS. A hospital login (Hospital ID, username, password) is required. The extension only works on approved HIS domains. Patient data is sent only to the hospital's Zonov backend and is not sold or used for advertising.
