HourHalo - Time Zone Converter
Overview
Hover over times with time zones to see them in your local time. Works with dates, ranges, UTC offsets, and ISO timestamps.
Every time on the web, in your time. HourHalo turns timezone math into a hover. When a page says “Thursday at 1:30 PM EDT,” move your cursor over it to see the exact date and time where you are—without copying, opening a converter, or leaving the page. It is made for remote work, global events, release schedules, documentation, logs, travel planning, and anywhere time zones get in the way. WHAT HOURHALO UNDERSTANDS - Common abbreviations such as EST, PDT, CET, IST, JST, and AOE - UTC and GMT offsets, including half-hour offsets - Whole time ranges, with the start and end converted together - Nearby written dates, so “July 16 at 1:30 PM EDT” stays on July 16 - ISO 8601 timestamps and semantic HTML time elements - Context such as “all times PT” or an “Eastern Times” heading YOUR TIME, YOUR WAY - Follow your system timezone or choose any IANA timezone - Use a 12-hour, 24-hour, or automatic clock - Show familiar abbreviations, full timezone names, or locale defaults - Turn HourHalo on or off from the toolbar PRIVATE BY DESIGN HourHalo works entirely in your browser. It has no account, analytics, trackers, or network requests. The page content it reads never leaves your device. Its only permission is storage, used to remember your settings through Chrome Sync. Install HourHalo and stop doing timezone math in your head.
