Browse listings normally, click the green + button, and Zompz captures the property data you need into an organized floating panel and full-screen workspace. Compare properties, estimate ARV, uncover seller motivation, track follow-up, find agent information, export your lists, and create offers without repeatedly copying information into separate tools. BUILT FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTORS AND WHOLESALERS Zompz helps investors analyze active and sold listings for houses, land, rentals, and apartments. It combines listing data, comparable-sale analysis, motivation signals, lead management, and offer creation in one Chrome extension. SAVE AND ORGANIZE PROPERTIES Save properties directly from Zillow or Redfin with one click. Create multiple custom property lists and organize opportunities by: • Market • Property type • Investment strategy • Buyer • Campaign • Deal stage Create, rename, reorder, and delete lists, or move saved properties between them. For houses, Zompz emphasizes sold prices, square footage, and price per square foot. The Suggested ARV tool compares the targeted property with other properties in your list to help estimate value. List averages include: • Average price • Average buyer cost • Average days on market • Average price per square foot • Average square footage • Average year built • Average views per day • Average save rate LAND COMPS AND PRICE-PER-ACRE ANALYSIS Switch to the dedicated Land workspace to analyze acreage using land-specific metrics. TRUE DAYS ON MARKET AND MOTIVATION SIGNALS Listing portals may show only the current days-on-market count. Zompz analyzes the property’s price and listing history to calculate TDOM—True Days on Market. Zompz can surface: • Total cumulative market time • Price increases and reductions • Number of price changes • Times removed from the market • Times relisted • Pending fall-throughs • Previous sales • Whether the property has ever sold Click a price-history event to recalculate True Days on Market from that point. LEAD MOTIVATION GRADES Zompz combines listing-history signals to classify opportunities as: • Hot • Warm • Mild • Cold This helps wholesalers quickly identify listings that may deserve additional research or agent follow-up. POSSIBLE FLIP DETECTION The FLIP? indicator highlights properties that may have been recently purchased and relisted. A property may receive the FLIP? badge when: • Two sales occurred within approximately 24 months, or • An active listing was purchased within approximately 24 months of being relisted BUILT-IN MINI CRM Manage each saved property without leaving your deal-analysis workspace.
