It was working just fine until something has happened and it has stopped extracting profiles to Zoho Recruit. Please fix asap

I was very happy and satisfied with the extension but last week I noticed that the extension was not working, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It is currently working, but it transfers only a very limited number of fields. When I try to add the fields I want using the Customize button and click the Update button, nothing happens.

The function to "Associate with" a job offer stopped working some time ago. Where do I find updates?

Seems to be working again. V 3.2.3 was just released. Now I wish they'd figure a way to capture the Contact's (not candidate) company name & title, as well as be more proactive on the timing of the release fixes. It takes too long to get it fixed, especially when it is not working at all.

It works great when it's working! However, I've found that Chrome updates sometimes cause the extension to stop working, and it usually takes a week before Zoho releases a new version.

As with many Zoho applications and extensions, this just stopped working. Hasn't worked in almost a week.

I could not get the extension to work until I contacted support line. They recommended re-installing the extension after clearing out cache. Now it works so I'm able to just click & download profiles from LinkedIn. Nice.

It just does not wotk. If you do as in the manual you will see thyat the manual will repeat itself continually.
