Resume Extractor is an extension for the Chrome browser that allows you to add candidates and contacts instantly by parsing the content from any sourcing website or online profiles. Just drag-select the content you wish to parse and click on the Resume Extractor extension icon. The highlighted content will be parsed and sorted into your record fields, which you can review and add to your Zoho Recruit account. It's that simple! When I open the resume, the application cannot go to next step, when I click, it always appears to be the help menu. Dont know why, just doesnt work

How can I contact support? The extension button is not working when I click after opening a linkedin profile (both public and Recruiter version). I also tried downloading the profile to PDF and open the document through a chrome window but no success either. Regards

I've just downloaded this app. I've copy and pasted text via onedrive and nothing happens, just the explanation of what you're supposed to do
