They said it is free for up to 3 users that is incorrect. You get 15 days and then have to pay 12/user/month

it is NOT free, they are falsly advertizing this as free!

It's been a struggle since day one, I went with Zoho over Salesforce because at the time I could put in opprotunities (at the $20 level) to track them. The deal is the whole system doesn't flow well, can I copy an address from Account to Contact, no, can I import a csv file and not get hundreds of duplicate companies, no. For the record, I have not ever rated a software platform before this post. I feel that strongly that I sourced an opportunity to voice my displeasure. This CRM is not intuitive and anyone who says so clearly doesn't understand what that means. Mail modules and CRM modules do not sync with each other. I have missed appointments and messages because the calendars do match. I have experienced nothing positive and do not recommend this software at all. UNLESS you are a light user and cheap. Does... It's free and it works ... the problem is with tasks for me. It's noty real useful to see that I have to send 3 letters but not be able to tell at a glance which contacts/accounts they are attached to.

If it's a trial... be up front & don't try to hide behind a "Free" App.

Very good CRM... Intuitive and I would use it over Salesforce. Can Explore all you want with the Free Version
