Review record details, related items, timelines, logged emails, CRM attachments, and grouped results without digging through multiple screens. ✪ Create and Update Create records and notes, update individual records or batches, manage tags, change record owners, convert leads, and create or update saved views using simple instructions. ✪ Approve Changes By default, the assistant operates in Approve writes mode. Before a change reaches your CRM, you can review the affected record and proposed field values, then approve or reject it. Choose the level of control that suits you: • Chat-only blocks all changes. • Approve writes asks before making changes. • Full access can perform ordinary updates without stopping. Deleting records and sending email always require your approval, even in Full access. ✪ Add Page Context Attach the current page’s title, URL, selected text, or a limited visible-text excerpt.
