Work with Zoho CRM from any page without breaking your flow. Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a browser side panel and turns your requests into CRM actions. Ask it to find overdue tasks, summarize a deal, create a lead from the page you’re viewing, update records, or prepare and send an email logged against a record. ❂ What's New in 1.2.0 Clone a standard or custom CRM module into a new custom module. Review the plan, Zoho API credit cost, and limits before approving. Copy supported fields and picklists, field permissions, layout sections, layout and validation rules, and custom views with their audiences. Field API names are preserved where Zoho accepts them. Follow confirmed steps as a clone runs, then return through History if you close the panel. Partial results show what was created and what needs attention. Cloning does not copy records, workflows, functions, or standard-module behaviour; formula expressions, additional layouts, and other elements Zoho cannot copy by API come with next steps. More configuration tools let you create custom modules and fields, add or rename picklist options, arrange layouts, create or update layout and validation rules, and read or edit Deluge function source. Setup now explains your permission mode and Zoho consent scopes before you connect. Tall approval cards keep Approve and Reject in reach, and Task searches and running-work status are more reliable. ✪ Search and Investigate Search Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Tasks, and custom modules. The assistant cannot delete CRM configuration. ✪ Approve Changes By default, the assistant operates in Approve writes mode. Before a change reaches your CRM, review the affected record and proposed field values, then approve or reject it. Choose the level of control that suits you: • Chat-only blocks all changes. • Approve writes asks before making changes. • Full access can perform ordinary updates without stopping. Deleting records, sending email, and changing CRM configuration always require your approval, even in Full access. Deleting records moves them to Zoho’s 60-day recycle bin; the assistant can restore them within that window. It cannot delete permanently or empty the recycle bin. Creating a module cannot be undone by this assistant. ✪ Work That Keeps Going Requests keep running when you close the panel or switch tabs. Reopen them through History to follow their progress, review an approval, or see the result. Use Stop to end a request deliberately; changes already made remain visible. ✪ Add Page Context Attach the current page’s title, URL, selected text, or a limited visible-text excerpt. You can also right-click selected text and send it directly to the assistant. When the assistant asks to read a page, you approve it in Chat-only and Approve writes; Full access allows that read within the request you sent. There is no passive page capture. ✪ Attach Your Files Attach files to your conversations. Ask the assistant to summarize documents, examine spreadsheets, extract details from images, or use their contents to help complete your CRM work. ✪ Built for Individual Zoho CRM Users Install the extension, create your product account, and connect your own Zoho account through OAuth.
