Zman
Overview
Schedule YouTube videos into your calendar with the exact duration blocked. Supports Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
Your YouTube Watch Later list is full of videos you meant to watch. Most of them you never will — not because you don't want to, but because you never set aside the time. Zman fixes that. Zman adds a "Schedule to Watch" button to every YouTube video. Click it, pick a date and time, and Zman blocks the exact video duration in your calendar. A 2-hour documentary on Friday night. A 48-minute tutorial on Saturday morning. Done. How to use it: Open any YouTube video Click "Schedule to Watch" — sits right next to Like and Share Not sure when you're free? Hit "Find a time slot" to check your Google Calendar, then come back and drop the time in. Pick your date and start time — Zman calculates your end time automatically Click "Add to Google Calendar" — or download .ics for Apple Calendar or Outlook That's it. The video is in your calendar, the time is blocked, and you'll actually watch it. Who it's for: Anyone who watches YouTube with intention — learners, researchers, content creators, and anyone who has ever said "I'll watch this later" and meant it. Good to know: — The exact video duration is auto-filled — no manual maths — Works on live stream replays with a real, fixed duration — Light mode and dark mode aware Privacy: Zman collects no personal data. Nothing is sent to any server. Everything stays in your browser.
