Zinely Companion puts your agency's Zinely console context right next to the Fanvue inbox, so you never switch tabs mid-conversation. While you chat, a small draggable panel shows: • Your clock state — always know whether your hours are counting. • The open chat's history — notes and flags your team already saved about this fan, and one-tap 🔥 Hot / ⚠️ Problem noting with an optional comment. • Who's waiting on a reply, oldest first, with one tap to jump to their chat. • Account warnings — the rules and lessons for the account you're working on. • The account's info card and price list, including tiered pricing. • The account's local time, always visible. This is an internal tool for staff of agencies using the Zinely console (zinelycrm.com). It does nothing until you pair it with your Zinely staff account using a pairing code, and every feature can be centrally managed by your agency. It reads only the @handles visible on the page — never message contents — and talks exclusively to your agency's own Zinely console.
