Zillow Deal Analyzer helps rental property buyers quickly screen Zillow listings and search results without leaving their browser workflow. Open a Zillow property, expand the Deal Analyzer panel, and see a practical rental-investment snapshot based on your assumptions. Open a Zillow search page to score visible or loaded results, save a Search Snapshot, and review candidates later in a local dashboard. The extension estimates monthly cashflow, DSCR, NOI, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, break-even rent, and target price. It also lets you edit key values when a listing is missing information or when you want to test a different assumption. Pro is for users who want higher monthly workflow limits, more search-review capacity, more exports, and more print/report usage. Billing is handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout and Billing Portal pages, and users can manage or cancel subscriptions from the Account tab. Saved property count, active search snapshot count, compare-property limit, and export rows per file are plan caps rather than monthly reset counters. Privacy and data handling: Zillow Deal Analyzer is local-first. Saved lists, saved property snapshots, notes, assumptions, exports, and backup files are stored in the user's browser profile unless the user exports or imports them. When a user signs in, secure backend account services are used for authentication, entitlement refresh, and usage counters needed to enforce Free/Pro limits. The Chrome Web Store Privacy section includes "User activity" because the backend records limited monthly usage counters for gated actions, such as export count, print-report count, and search rows analyzed. These counters are used for plan-limit enforcement, rate limiting, billing support, and abuse prevention. Zillow Deal Analyzer does not track user activity on unrelated websites. It does not send raw Zillow HTML, raw Zillow search responses, saved property snapshots, user notes, export files, backup files, or broad browsing history to the backend. Payment cards are handled by Stripe-hosted Checkout and Billing Portal pages; the extension does not collect card numbers directly.
