i have added the chrome extension but the wallet is not working. in the support section they say i am blocked. But why??? i haven't done any transaction. this is frustration. and no email to contact the support team.

My wallet phrase got stolen after i downloaded this wallet, i installed the extension on a new pc. all funds got swapped on another zerion wallet, no i didn't click any links.
