Zera Clip puts patient onboarding and remote therapeutic monitoring in a side panel beside your EMR, so you never leave the chart. Highlight a patient's phone number in your web EMR and choose "Send to Zera". Clip confirms the number, loads that patient's Zera journey, and lets you assign an AI-drafted home exercise program, message the patient, and review RTM documentation — without a copy-paste, a second window, or an EMR integration project. WHAT IT DOES • Capture a patient by highlighting their phone number, on any web-based EMR • Assign a home exercise program drafted from the patient's condition, then review and edit before sending • Track adherence, sentiment and program progress at a glance • Send and receive patient messages, with opt-in and opt-out handled for you • Review remote therapeutic monitoring status: data days, clinician time, and which CPT codes are currently billable REQUIRES A ZERA ACCOUNT Clip signs you in to your existing Zera account through Zera's own login page; it never asks for your password. PRIVACY Clip reads only the text you deliberately select, only when you invoke it. Your session token and any captured details are held in memory and cleared when the browser closes — nothing is written to disk. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party data sharing.
