Zentip is a companion app to Zendesk that helps you keep track of updates to tickets or views by notifying you with a desktop notification. Stop refreshing Zendesk every minute and let Zentip do the work for you! All data are processed on your computer and used only for the extension to be functional, it never transmits any data externally. In addition, you need to be logged to Zendesk in order for Zentip to work as it piggybacks your active connection to receive data.
