Zenstra AI records AI assistant usage on approved provider sites for your org's AI governance program.

Zenstra AI is a browser extension that organizations deploy to their own employees' work devices, typically through MDM, as part of an internal AI governance program. It is published by Deep Algorithms Solutions Private Ltd. It is not a consumer product: if it is on your device, your employer's IT or security team installed it and controls how it is configured. It works together with the Zenstra agent installed on the same computer. WHERE IT RUNS The extension checks each page's address against a built-in list of AI assistant sites (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot), plus any AI sites your organization adds. On any other website it does nothing: it does not read, record or transmit anything from that page. WHAT IT RECORDS ON AI ASSISTANT SITES - Which AI provider and site was used - The page address, with query strings removed - Timestamps, and the size of each message - The AI model selected and the conversation identifier - The AI account you are signed in as on that site - Files uploaded to the AI site: name, type, size and a fingerprint (the file itself is not uploaded by the extension) - A classification and policy result, such as whether a message matched a sensitivity rule - Depending on your organization's configuration, the text of prompts, replies and pasted content Detected secrets and personal data (such as passwords, keys, card numbers and national ID numbers) are masked on your computer before anything leaves it. If a message looks sensitive, you may see a warning banner. WHAT IT NEVER RECORDS Your browsing history, activity on non-AI websites, keystrokes outside the AI composer, screenshots or screen recordings, and passwords, cookies or login tokens. WHO RECEIVES THE DATA The extension sends data only to the Zenstra agent on the same computer. The agent forwards it to your organization's own Zenstra governance dashboard, hosted by Deep Algorithms Solutions Private Ltd on its behalf, where your employer's IT or security team can see it for AI usage governance. The data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with unrelated third parties. RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS Data is kept for a limited period set by your organization's deployment, then deleted. Questions, or requests to access or delete your data, should go first to your organization's IT or security team. For anything they cannot answer, contact support@deepalgorithms.in.
