Zendesk View Refresher

Overview

Auto-refreshes Zendesk views with live countdown, tab consolidation, and status notifications.

Zendesk View Refresher automatically refreshes your Zendesk agent views at a configurable interval, so you never miss new tickets. Features: • Auto-Refresh with Live Countdown — A subtle indicator shows exactly when the next refresh will happen. Set your preferred interval (in seconds) from the popup. • Tab Consolidation — Opening the same Zendesk ticket from multiple sources? The extension automatically merges duplicate tabs into one, keeping your browser clean. • Toast Notifications — Non-intrusive slide-in notifications keep you informed about refresh status, tab consolidation events, and extension health without interrupting your workflow. • Dark Mode Support — Automatically adapts all UI elements to your system's light or dark theme. • Self-Healing — If the extension loses context (e.g., after a Chrome update), it automatically recovers and notifies you. No manual reload needed in most cases. • Lightweight & Private — Zero external dependencies, zero network calls, zero data collection. Everything runs locally in your browser. How to use: Install the extension Navigate to any Zendesk agent view (zendesk.com/agent/filters/...) The refresh countdown indicator appears automatically Click the extension icon to adjust the refresh interval or toggle tab consolidation
