A utility extension for Zendesk to fill in some gaps of the official application. Features: - Automatically refresh your Zendesk views to ensure you don't miss a ticket - Hide views that you may not need right away - See who is editing a ticket so you don't reply when someone else is - Easily access the Zendesk Statuspage from inside the right click menu of your browser - Easily close all Zendesk tabs from inside the right click menu of your browser Disclaimer: ZendeskUtils is in no way affiliated with Zendesk or their partners. Hey Piercen, sorry to hear that you're having issues - if you use the "visit support hub" button at the bottom of the extension page, you can send over a ticket with a bit more detail that I can review and hopefully get sorted for you 👍

Karl!! 10/10 All day, every day! Thank you so much for developing this incredible auto-refresh tool; it has significantly enhanced my productivity by eliminating the need for constant manual refreshes, allowing me to focus on more important tasks. I'm very impressed with its efficiency and would love to learn about any other tools you have developed or could develop that are compatible with Zendesk.
