Doesn't sync in Zendesk most of the time.

This was working well until recently. Now either my agents can't login or like myself, I'm showing as always logged in yet not able to track any activity. Hopefully I can get some help with this as the functionality provided by this extension is key to using Tymeshift for occupancy.
