젠데스크 상담 시스템에서 티켓을 모두 닫는 기능이 없어 구현. 상담시 편의성을 위해 개발. 현재 오픈된 젠데스크 티켓을 모두 닫습니다. 단, 8개씩 닫기 때문에 8개 이상 열려있는 경우 여러 번 사용해야 합니다. 저장되지 않은 티켓이 있는 경우 알림창이 발생할 수 있습니다.
