Zendesk Submit Expander

Not working. Great idea though!

It was ok, worked for 3 months and now, it doesn't work anymore. It`s a pity, because it really helped.

No longer works with the new ZD layout It only works when creating a new ticket, not when replying to existing ones.

I've given it 4-stars for now only because while it is a great little app, it's not working properly. When you open a ticket, the buttons don't show up, only the option of close or stay on ticket is there. Once you either refresh the screen or close the tab and re-open the ticket will those submit option reappear. Once this is fixed, I will give it the last star that it deserves. doesn't work anymore

Its not working right now but I'm still rating it 5 stars. Hopefully the dev can get it back up and running because its fantastic. (Dev if you need assistance let me know and I'll see what I can do to help, if you can email me that would work best.)

It's working again!

The app just got updated and we love it! Keep up the good work - makes working with Zendesk much more smooth and faster.

Still not working for some reason. Just stopped at the beginning of August. Really liked it. It was very helpful back when it worked. Update: (September 29) Seems to be working again and I could not be happier!!! September 30 - It stopped working again. Got one evening out of it.
