Automatically refreshes the ZenDesk Ticket Counts for the different views
Upon installation, this extension will check if the site visited is a ZenDesk support domain. Once it detects you have, it will inject a script to refresh the ticket count automatically so that you know when a customer has responded or created a new ticket. You can change the amount of time between refreshes by clicking the extension icon. This extension is open source and no data is collected. Select "Website" to the right to view the code. Update 0.1.4 changes: - Fixed issue with interference with CC - Removed history permission and replaced with webNavigation permission

Works great!

A notification/sound when receiving new tickets & stop functionality would add more value to it.

The idea of this extension is great, but in execution it does not behave reliably. For me personally, it works but every time I reopen Chrome the refresh interval resets to 10 seconds. For other people in my organization, reopening Chrome stops it from working entirely until the user opens it and clicks Save again. It would be great if the developer(s) could update the app. Once it's working consistently I think it will be very helpful!
