Zendesk Plus is a productivity extension for Zendesk support agents. It adds a close-all-tabs button to clear your workspace instantly, a starred tickets dock to bookmark important tickets, and a personal notes feature to keep private thoughts on any ticket — all without leaving the Zendesk interface. It also keeps a recently viewed tickets list of the last 20 tickets you opened, so you can recover one you closed by mistake. A one-click Copy Ticket ID button (Shift+click for the full URL) makes sharing ticket references fast. And Undo Send gives you a short window to cancel an outgoing reply before it's sent, in case you catch a mistake right after hitting send. Everything runs locally in your browser — no data is collected, stored remotely, or shared with third parties.
