Overview

Opens Zendesk ticket links in an existing Zendesk tab (and closes the new one).

Zendesk OneTab keeps your workflow in a single Zendesk tab. When you open a Zendesk ticket link from email (e.g., Outlook) or another browser tab, the extension redirects the ticket into your existing Zendesk tab and focuses it. If no Zendesk tab is open, the link opens normally. No accounts, no analytics, and no data is transmitted.
