Log & submit time to Zammad tickets directly from your browser. Supports per-ticket timers, manual time entry, note submission.
Zammad Time Tracker lets you log time directly on tickets and update time entries right from the ticket view—no tab-switching or workflow interruptions. HOW IT WORKS - Enter a ticket ID and click Load - Start the timer. Pause it when you stop working. - If you forgot to pause, click the time field and type the correct value directly. - Add an optional internal note, then click Submit Time. SETTINGS - Zammad Base URL — your organization's Zammad instance - API Token — your personal Zammad API token - Note Signature — text automatically appended to every submitted note - Include submitted time in note — adds "Time submitted: X min" to the note body - Dark mode REQUIREMENTS - Zammad 6.x with Time Accounting enabled (Admin → Time Accounting) - Zammad API token with ticket.agent permission PRIVACY - No data is collected. Everything stays in your browser or goes to your own Zammad server.
