How to Use: 1. Install Zactar from the Shopify App Store and configure your store's support policies (your browser extension connects automatically as soon as Zactar opens in Shopify Admin, or sign in with your store domain directly from the sidebar). 2. Open a customer email in your webmail inbox (Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, etc.) and click the Zactar toolbar icon (or highlight text and right-click → "Draft reply with Zactar") to view live order details, run order actions, and insert replies. While the sidebar remains open, switching between customer emails refreshes the sidebar automatically. Privacy & Security: Zactar never opens or reads emails automatically in the background.
